This is a time when, as Believers, we have the opportunity to shine the light of Yeshua to the rest of the world. Fear has gripped the world in terms of health and loss. At a time when fear and panic are high, and people don’t know what to expect, some will do impulsive things. There’s a difference between being prepared in wisdom and panicking with the world.
The exodus from Egypt must have been a similar time, especially when the 10 plagues hit the region. There must have been fear and panic and darkness…..But God, and but the Passover blood of the Lamb!
Exodus 8:22-23 "But on that day I will set apart the land of Goshen, where my people dwell, so that no swarms of flies shall be there, that you may know that I am the LORD in the midst of the earth. Thus I will put a division between my people and your people. Tomorrow this sign shall happen."[1]
Exodus 9:26 "Only in the land of Goshen, where the children of Israel were, was there no hail."
The children of Israel were exempted from the plagues. So are we!!!
The Good News is….. for those who stand in the perfect love of God- all fear is cast out. We can shine right now and be a light to the rest of the world. It’s a time to step up and show our love and faith in God as an armor of protection. It’s a time to lead people to find Him, it’s a time to proclaim Him and it’s a time to be an example to others about what it means to live in faith.
The breakthrough is coming, it’s time for the Passover Lamb to shine!
Isaiah 41:10 "Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness."[2]
Psalm 23:4 "Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me."[3]
Psalm 34:7 "The angel of the LORD encamps around those who fear him, and he delivers them."
Ecclesiastes 3:14 "I know that everything God does will endure forever; nothing can be added to it and nothing taken from it. God does it so that people will fear him." [4]
Isaiah 43:1-2 "Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name, you are mine. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you, and through the rivers, they shall not overwhelm you; when you walk through fire you shall not be burned, and the flame shall not consume you."[5]
I want to encourage you to be a light in this time, be kind to people and show the love of the Lord. Be like King David and encourage yourself in the Lord, daily. Stand firm and be steadfast! This too shall pass!
Much love to you!
